Zeke: Workout of the Day

10 – Push ups –  Boy ones for as long as you can do it. 
20 – Sit ups – All the way up to your knee, or flay your knees out for butterfly sit ups. 
30 – Air Squats.  Sit your butt down as far to the ground as you can get it, keeping knees over ankles
40 – Jumping Jacks.  Yup, Jumping Jacks
50 – 50 seconds of balance ball against the wall squats.
 
Do this Series 3 Times
