Monday Smoothie

Lighter version:

1 cup pomegranate juice
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup spinach
1 scoop Hammer Recoverite
2 tablespoons chia seeds

Mix! Drink!

IronDude’s had strawberries and bananas in place of blueberries. No Chia. Didn’t want to gross him out.  Chia seeds take some getting used to.
