Almond Butter Cup Smoothie

1 scoop chocolate protein powder

1/2 cup almond milk

1/2 cup water

Agave Nectar or Stevia (to your sweetness level)

Handful Organic baby spinach

Benefiber

2 Tbsp almond butter

Ice or freeze for a few hours.  If you freeze it, it can sit out on the counter and be perfect when you get back from you “me-fitness time”.  Or you can take it to work for a mid morning protein punch.
