Training Stardate 7.31.2011
It’s the very end of the month. August is here. Yeah, where did that come from?
Sunday ; cardiovascular day. Go hard. Tomorrow will be light. Bike, jog, elliptical or go to the gym and do 20 minutes on each.
I did a brick . That’s 2 workouts piggybacked. I did a 6 mile mostly walk/ run then 25 mile bike ride.
Do a stretch or gentle yoga DVD in the evening.
Jump Start Planning for Next Week :
Monday: lighter day.
Swim or Upper body DVD of your choice. Schedule a Massage.
Tuesday: Spin or run. Cardio day.
Wednesday: Swim or spin. Lower body workout. DVD or gym
Thursday: Spin or run. Cardio day.
Friday; yoga DVD or class. one that challenges you. Cardio for extra credit. Meet a friend for a conditioning class and follow with the yoga class
